Emberlore began with a love of fragrance and the way a single scent can bring an entire world to life. A trace of apple and spice can carry you into an autumn kitchen. Pine and damp earth can become a forgotten woodland path. Coffee, old books, and warm vanilla might open the door to a candlelit room where you could happily disappear for an afternoon.
That is the heart of Emberlore: scents that tell stories.
Every fragrance begins with an idea of somewhere to go, something to remember, or a story waiting to unfold. Some are inspired by familiar places and everyday comforts, while others wander into old forests, enchanted halls, distant lands, bustling villages, seasonal celebrations, and worlds that exist only in imagination.
You don't simply choose a fragrance here. You choose where the story takes you.
Scents With a Story
Emberlore is built around collections we call Realms, each with its own atmosphere and stories to discover. You might wander through the familiar comforts of The Commonlands, step through the doors of Arcane Halls, settle into the warmth of Autumn Cottage, or discover something entirely different as new realms and stories appear.
Within them, individual fragrances become pieces of those worlds. Some tell their own story, while others belong together as part of something larger.
There is no complicated ritual required. Light your incense, let the fragrance fill the room, and allow your imagination to do the rest.
Handmade, One Story at a Time
Behind Emberlore is one maker, not a production line.
Our incense is handcrafted in small batches, with each fragrance made, packaged, and prepared by hand. That small-scale approach gives us the freedom to experiment, create unusual combinations, revisit old favorites, follow the seasons, and introduce new stories when inspiration strikes.
It also means Emberlore doesn't have to smell like every other fragrance shop. A scent can be strange, nostalgic, comforting, mysterious, playful, dark, bright, or completely unexpected—as long as there is a story worth telling.
Old Favorites, New Worlds
Emberlore grew from Naturing Relaxation, the little incense shop that came before it. As the shop grew, so did the fragrances, collections, and ideas behind them, until the old name no longer quite described what the shop had become.
Emberlore is the next chapter.
During the transition, you may still encounter the Naturing Relaxation name on older packaging, photographs, or products as the shop gradually changes over. They are still made by the same person, in the same small batches, with the same care. Only now, the stories that were already finding their way into the scents have finally become the heart of the shop.
